Common questions

What is an AI agent template?

A template is a ready-made setup you add to Biilda in one click: AI employees (Biilda’s word for an AI agent with a job), the skills they use and the scheduled tasks they run, already wired together. You review it, connect what it needs and switch it on.

Can I change a template after I add it?

Yes. Everything a template installs is an ordinary employee, skill or task in your app. You can edit schedules and instructions, add or remove pieces, or ask Chat to change them.

Do templates start running right away?

No. Installed employees and tasks start switched off until you turn them on, so you can review what was added first. Employees also ask for your approval before outward actions by default.

What are the ready-made apps?

Some templates are small apps rather than teams, such as Sales Pipeline, Client Directory and Invoice & Payment Tracker. You add one in a click and it opens as its own tab in Biilda, so there is nothing to describe or build first and no build cost. Many come with a helper employee or task that can read and update what the app keeps; those start switched off until you turn them on.
