What it does

Hiring Pipeline is a ready-made tab that lays out every candidate by stage, from Applied to Hired, so you can move people along with a click, filter the board by role and keep notes on everyone.

It also adds a Candidate Tracker, who keeps the board up to date when you ask, and an Interview prep task that writes a prep page for everyone at the interview stage into your Brain; neither ever decides who moves forward or contacts a candidate. Both are added switched off - turn them on from the Employees and Tasks tabs when you are ready.

A few sample candidates are included so you can see how it works, and one click removes them.

What it keeps

Your candidates: name, role, email, notes and where each one stands, from applied to hired or rejected.

Because the app is part of your Biilda, your AI employees can read what it keeps and update it for you.

What is the Hiring Pipeline template?

Move candidates through applied, screen, interview, offer and hired on one board, filter by role, and keep notes on everyone. It is a ready-made app: you add it from Templates in Biilda and it opens as its own tab, already set up, so there is nothing to describe or build first.

Does it cost anything to build?

No. It is already built, so adding it is a one-click install with no build cost. Credits are only used when an AI employee or task does work for you, and that is billed like any other task in Biilda: you pay only for what runs.

Where does Hiring Pipeline keep my data?

On your computer, like the rest of Biilda. What you add to the app is saved on your machine, and only what an AI request needs ever leaves it.

Can my AI employees use it?

Yes. Your AI employees can read what the app keeps and update it for you, so the app and your AI team stay in step. Anything that comes with it, such as a helper employee or task, starts switched off until you turn it on.

Can I remove it?

Yes. It is an ordinary tab in your Biilda, listed under Your builds, and you can remove it at any time.
