Inventory List: a ready-made app you add in one click

Track what you have in stock, see what is running low and what your inventory is worth, and get a low-stock report on demand.

No build cost. Installs in one click, already set up.

What it does

Inventory List is a ready-made app for keeping track of what you have in stock.

Add each product with its SKU, how many you have, the level at which you want to reorder, your supplier and what each one costs you. Tap plus or minus as things sell or arrive. The top of the page shows how many items you track, how many are running low, and what your stock is worth; "Low stock only" shows just the items that need ordering.

A few sample products are included so you can see how it works; remove them with one button when you are ready to add your own.

It also adds a "Low stock report" task. Run it from the Tasks tab and an assistant writes a page into your Brain listing everything at or below its reorder level, with a suggested order quantity for each - it only reads your list, it never changes it.

Everything is saved on your computer.

What it keeps

Your products: SKU, name, stock on hand, the level at which to reorder, supplier and unit cost.

Because the app is part of your Biilda, your AI employees can read what it keeps and update it for you.

What it uses

An app can only use what it declares up front, and Biilda lists that before you add it.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the Inventory List template?

Track what you have in stock, see what is running low and what your inventory is worth, and get a low-stock report on demand. It is a ready-made app: you add it from Templates in Biilda and it opens as its own tab, already set up, so there is nothing to describe or build first.

Does it cost anything to build?

No. It is already built, so adding it is a one-click install with no build cost. Credits are only used when an AI employee or task does work for you, and that is billed like any other task in Biilda: you pay only for what runs.

Where does Inventory List keep my data?

On your computer, like the rest of Biilda. What you add to the app is saved on your machine, and only what an AI request needs ever leaves it.

Can my AI employees use it?

Yes. Your AI employees can read what the app keeps and update it for you, so the app and your AI team stay in step. Anything that comes with it, such as a helper employee or task, starts switched off until you turn it on.

    Can I remove it?

Yes. It is an ordinary tab in your Biilda, listed under Your builds, and you can remove it at any time.

Try it on one real job

Biilda is free to download for Windows and macOS. No subscription: you buy credits from $20 and pay only for what each task uses.
