What it does

Project & Task Tracker is a ready-made tab that keeps every client project and its tasks in one place, with each project's due date, how far along it is, and a count of what is due this week or already late.

It also adds a Project Assistant, who keeps the lists up to date when you ask, and a Weekly project status task that writes a summary of your active projects into your Brain. Both are added switched off - turn them on from the Employees and Tasks tabs when you are ready.

A few sample projects are included so you can see how it works, and one click removes them.

Does it cost anything to build?

No. It is already built, so adding it is a one-click install with no build cost. Credits are only used when an AI employee or task does work for you, and that is billed like any other task in Biilda: you pay only for what runs.

Where does Project & Task Tracker keep my data?

On your computer, like the rest of Biilda. What you add to the app is saved on your machine, and only what an AI request needs ever leaves it.

Can my AI employees use it?

Yes. Your AI employees can read what the app keeps and update it for you, so the app and your AI team stay in step. Anything that comes with it, such as a helper employee or task, starts switched off until you turn it on.

Can I remove it?

Yes. It is an ordinary tab in your Biilda, listed under Your builds, and you can remove it at any time.
