Affiliate Terms

Last updated June 2026

These draft terms explain how the Biilda affiliate program works. They capture our committed positions and are subject to legal review (OPS-07) before launch.

What you earn commission on

You earn commission on the credits your referred customers actually consume — not on their top-ups, deposits, or unused balance. Commission is calculated from settled, consumed usage attributed to your referral code.

Clearance and payout

Commission accrues as referred usage settles, then clears 30 days later (net-30). Cleared commission is paid out monthly. Payouts are made through a third-party payout provider (such as Stripe Connect, Wise, or PayPal) and arrive net of that provider’s payment-processing fees, which are deducted from your payout.

Clawback and reversals

If usage that generated commission is later refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission is clawed back from your unpaid balance. We may withhold or reverse commission we reasonably believe results from abuse.

Self-referrals and abuse

You cannot refer yourself or your own accounts, and you may not earn commission on your own usage. Misleading promotion, spam, trademark misuse, and incentivized fake sign-ups are not permitted and may end your participation.

Rates and changes

Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard. We honor the rate promised to your cohort for its stated period; we may change program rates going forward with notice. Promotional rates apply only until their stated expiry.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on commission you earn. We may require tax or identity information before issuing payouts.
