Founders usually find the weak spot in a plan after showing it to someone else. This AI business idea generator template installs the Strategist, one employee that brainstorms ideas from the business context in your folder and scores them down to a ranked top five, and that also does a business plan review the way an investor would. It suits founders and advisers who want a structured first read.
Biilda is a free desktop app for Windows and macOS where you describe what you want in chat and it builds AI employees (its word for an AI agent with a job), skills and scheduled tasks.
What this template does
Adds the Strategist on its own: hand it a business plan and it works through an investor-grade checklist — market sizing, unit economics, competition, risks, milestones — and hand it your business context and it runs a structured idea-generation pass down to a ranked top 5.
When a review or idea set needs sourced research or real numbers, it asks the Researcher or Analyst directly (add them too for the full loop) and folds their answer in on its next run. Works from documents and general knowledge only — no connectors, no live data.
How does an AI business plan review work?
Analyze business plan reads the plan document its instructions name, then applies the Business plan analysis skill's investor-grade checklist: market sizing, unit economics, competition, the risk register and milestones. For each section it says specifically what is weak or missing and what would strengthen it. The task runs on the Best tier.
Generate ideas starts from the business context you have provided. The Idea generation skill runs at least two rounds, one for volume and one that flips a real constraint of the business, then scores every idea on a grid and keeps the top five. When either task needs sourced research or real numbers, the Strategist asks the Researcher or the Analyst and folds the reply in on its next run, if you added them. The whole trio is the strategy and research team.

What can you change?
Questions your investors always ask belong in the Business plan analysis skill. Context is the other big input: give Generate ideas tighter material, such as budget limits or markets you will not enter, and the ranked list reflects it. For cost, Balanced suits an early draft, and Best the version you will show. For adviser work, see AI for consultants.
What does it not do?
Checking live market data or your figures is outside its reach; it says plainly when a number needs your confirmation. Its review is one structured opinion for you to weigh, and it is not an investor or a lawyer. It is not a business-name generator, and it does not write the plan from nothing, and it makes no decisions. Output arrives as files in your folder.
