How does billing work?
Biilda is free to download. You top up a balance of credits in US dollars, and you’re only charged for what you actually use. A hard spend cap means you can never spend more than you’ve added.
Can I run out unexpectedly?
No. You set a spend cap, and Biilda stops before exceeding it. If you run low mid-task, the task pauses safely and resumes the moment you top up — it never fails or loses work.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused balance is refundable. Credits you’ve already spent pay for real work that’s already been done, so those aren’t refundable. See our refund policy for details.
Which AI model do I get?
You pick a quality level — Economy, Balanced, or Best. Biilda chooses the right model behind the scenes, so you never have to think about models or providers.
Can I see costs as they happen, not just after?
Yes. While an employee is working, you can watch the cost add up turn by turn in the chat, plus your running balance at all times — no surprise bill at the end.
