What it does

Expense Log is a ready-made tab where you log what the business spends and see it month by month: the total, the biggest category, a split by category and every entry, newest first.

It also adds a Monthly expense summary task that writes the month's totals by category and its five biggest expenses into your Brain whenever you run it. The task is added switched off and only reads your log - turn it on from the Tasks tab when you are ready.

A few sample expenses are included so you can see how it works, and one click removes them.

    What is the Expense Log template?

    Log business expenses by category, flip through the months, and see what you spent and where - with a monthly summary on request. It is a ready-made app: you add it from Templates in Biilda and it opens as its own tab, already set up, so there is nothing to describe or build first.

    Does it cost anything to build?

    No. It is already built, so adding it is a one-click install with no build cost. Credits are only used when an AI employee or task does work for you, and that is billed like any other task in Biilda: you pay only for what runs.

    Where does Expense Log keep my data?

    On your computer, like the rest of Biilda. What you add to the app is saved on your machine, and only what an AI request needs ever leaves it.

    Can my AI employees use it?

    Yes. Your AI employees can read what the app keeps and update it for you, so the app and your AI team stay in step. Anything that comes with it, such as a helper employee or task, starts switched off until you turn it on.

    Can I remove it?

    Yes. It is an ordinary tab in your Biilda, listed under Your builds, and you can remove it at any time.
