Content Calendar: a ready-made app you add in one click

Plan your posts week by week across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your blog and email, with a status on every post.

No build cost. Installs in one click, already set up.

What it does

Content Calendar is a ready-made app for planning your social posts, blog articles and emails week by week.

Every day of the week is a card. Click a post to change its title, channel, date, status or copy, or add a new one in two clicks. Each post carries a status - idea, draft, approved or published - so you always know what is ready to go out, and a summary at the top counts them for the week.

A few sample posts are included so you can see how it works; remove them with one button when you are ready to plan your own.

It also adds Content Drafter, an assistant that drafts next week's posts straight into the calendar - always as drafts, never touching anything you approved or published. Run "Draft next week's posts" from the Tasks tab whenever you want a head start.

Everything is saved on your computer. Nothing is posted anywhere - this is a planner, not a publisher.

What it keeps

Your planned social, blog and email posts: date, channel, title, copy and a status from idea to published.

Because the app is part of your Biilda, your AI employees can read what it keeps and update it for you.

What it uses

An app can only use what it declares up front, and Biilda lists that before you add it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Content Calendar template?

Plan your posts week by week across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your blog and email, with a status on every post. It is a ready-made app: you add it from Templates in Biilda and it opens as its own tab, already set up, so there is nothing to describe or build first.

Does it cost anything to build?

No. It is already built, so adding it is a one-click install with no build cost. Credits are only used when an AI employee or task does work for you, and that is billed like any other task in Biilda: you pay only for what runs.

Where does Content Calendar keep my data?

On your computer, like the rest of Biilda. What you add to the app is saved on your machine, and only what an AI request needs ever leaves it.

Can my AI employees use it?

Yes. Your AI employees can read what the app keeps and update it for you, so the app and your AI team stay in step. Anything that comes with it, such as a helper employee or task, starts switched off until you turn it on.

Can I remove it?

Yes. It is an ordinary tab in your Biilda, listed under Your builds, and you can remove it at any time.

Try it on one real job

Biilda is free to download for Windows and macOS. No subscription: you buy credits from $20 and pay only for what each task uses.
