Delete your data

No sign-in needed to read this page. It covers the Biilda app, your Biilda account, and the social media connectors (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

What Biilda stores, and where

Almost everything you create in Biilda lives only on your own computer: your AI employees, tasks, chat history, files and connector sign-ins. Connector tokens sit in your operating system’s secure storage (Keychain on macOS, Windows DPAPI). We never receive any of it. In the app, Settings → Delete personal data wipes it from your device.

The records we do hold in the cloud are your account, credit balance, payment and usage records. The Privacy Policy lists them in full.

Social media connectors

Biilda’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok connectors post to your own accounts, and only after you approve. Your sign-in token for each is stored on your computer. You can cut off Biilda’s access in either place below, and either one is enough.

Disconnect in Biilda

Open the Connectors tab, choose the connector, and click Disconnect. That deletes its tokens from your computer.

Remove Biilda’s access on the platform

Menu names change from time to time. If you can’t find an item, search the platform’s settings for “apps” or “connected apps”.

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Biilda connects through Facebook Login for Business, so it is listed there; older layouts show it under Apps and Websites). Find Biilda and choose Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites (it may sit under Security or Website permissions in your version). Find Biilda and choose Remove. See Instagram’s help article on third-party app access.
  • LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services (under Other applications). Find Biilda and remove it. See LinkedIn’s help article on third-party applications.
  • TikTok: in the mobile app, Settings and privacy → Account → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions. Find Biilda and choose Remove access.

Instagram and TikTok can only fetch an image from a link. So an image you’re about to publish is held on Biilda’s server behind a random link for at most 24 hours. It’s deleted once the post is published, or when the 24 hours are up, whichever comes first.

Ask us to delete your account records

To delete your Biilda account, balance, usage and billing records, and any error or activity records uploaded from the app, email support@biilda.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, and we respond within 30 days. Any unused purchased balance is refunded first under our Refund Policy. We keep only what tax and accounting law requires.

Nothing else to delete on our servers

Biilda does not keep your social media content or tokens on its servers. The connector relay passes each request to the platform and stores nothing, and the one short-lived image copy above is already removed within 24 hours. So once you disconnect, there is nothing further for us to delete. Questions? Email support@biilda.com.
